At NFP Recruitment we have a different approach to how we work. We truly enjoy engaging in conversations with both clients and candidates and prioritise meaningful relationships over transactional interactions.
What sets us apart is our know-how of the roles, our extensive network of Nordic candidates both in Sweden and abroad, combined with our long-term perspective of working with clients and candidates.
We’re not your typical headhunter; we aim to exceed expectations. As for retainers and long/short lists? We don’t follow those traditional methods (unless specifically requested by our clients). We only get paid when we deliver value for our clients – by finding the right talent! Not by sending over lists of potential candidates. We believe this approach is fair, and so do our clients.
Our way of working
We always conduct an initial deep interview with our candidates without mentioning any specific roles. This gives us comprehensive insight in the interests and competencies of the candidate. From there we assess the potential fit for the different roles we are currently hiring for.
This means we have the opportunity to “sell” your firm and the specific role to the right candidate at the right time. Given our rapport with the candidates we have excellent traction in bringing them to the table.
We also utilize our highly regarded advisory board for live market feedback from active professionals in our respective fields as well as making use of their extensive network of Nordic Finance Professionals.
Adding value to our clients
For us, a partnership extends far beyond simply finding a candidate; it’s about establishing a long-term relationship with someone who can add value in multiple ways over time. Identifying the right talent is one approach, while leveraging our extensive network is another.
Most firms require exceptional accountants, sales professionals, finance experts, access to funding, connections with banks, or entry points to private debt or investors. We have access to outstanding individuals in these areas – not only as potential new talent for your organization but also as key contacts if you need to connect with the right people in a specific field.

Our ambition when working with talent doesn´t necessarily limit us to sending you through to an actively recruiting client. Ever so often the perfect fit arises when the candidate decides to become available. We pride ourselves in pro-actively finding you the right opportunity with the right employer and making sure that you aren´t “just another CV”.
